Much like investing in your retirement, education, and physical well being - therapy is an INVESTMENT. By investing in your emotional/mental health you are more readily equipped to handle life’s challenges, maneuver through setbacks, and experience an overall balanced and enjoyable life.

Refreshing Lives T&C is a private pay practice. At the clients request a superbill (receipt of services) is provided monthly for insurance reimbursement. 

SESSION RATES

• Initial Intake Session $200

• 60-minute Session $175

• 45-minute Session $150

At Refreshing Lives T&C we understand that life happens. In the event that you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment time, please notify us 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Failure to do so will, unfortunately result in a no show/late cancellation fee equal to the full session rate. No shows for all initial appointments will be rescheduled at the discretion of the provider.

In an effort to continue providing timely services to all RLT&C clients, payments are rendered at the time of service.
